The earlier you book, the better your chances are! We work hard to ensure you can visit the city and accommodation of your choice, but this is subject to availability. Last minute bookings may require some compromises, but we will find a suitable solution that gives you the same benefits and activity options as your first choice.

The choice is yours. We can organize transport for your group and include it in our offer, or you can arrange it yourself.

During the workshops and planned activities, we want you to relax! Our trainers will carry out these times without support. However, during break times in between, during meals, and at bedtime and wake-up times, students are again your responsibility.

As a standard service, we cover each individual student with travel cancellation insurance (valid until one day before the trip) in the event of cancellation for emergency reasons. We will send you a program in the preparation phase of the school trip, which contains information about daily routines and activities. It would be great to share this as well as a packing list with your students to not only prepare them but also get them excited for the trip!

In terms of overall group size, we can accommodate everyone, regardless of size! We aim for a class size of 13-15 students per instructor to ensure each student receives the time and attention needed to be successful!

The sooner, the better! We have limited availability at fixed locations, especially for our school trips. So make sure you get in touch with us as soon as possible to have the best chance of getting your preferred location. But don't worry, we work with various accommodation providers and if your preferred option is not available, we will always find a suitable option for you and your group.

We have six core themes: Film, Theater, Music, Entrepreneurship, Sustainability and All Stars (a mix of everything). It's up to you and your students to choose the topic that interests you most, or we can offer a combination of topics to accommodate everyone in your group. We are of course happy to help you!

In addition to daily language contact and the joy of speaking, the focus of our programs is particularly on strengthening each child's self-confidence by solving practical, communicative challenges. Regardless of level, we adapt to each individual and offer everyone the opportunity to boost their confidence in their own way.

We focus on project-based learning within the relevant topic, with the end goal being some sort of demonstration at the end of the week. We believe in the power of immersive, interactive and playful learning, which means we don't spend hours writing notes or completing exercises from textbooks. This way, students take home greater confidence and enjoyment of speaking English, rather than a stack of worksheets.

Unser Ziel ist es, herausragende Lernerlebnisse für eure Schüler:innen zu bieten und gleichzeitig einen erschwinglichen Preis sowohl für Eltern als auch Schulen anzubieten. Es gibt verschiedene Möglichkeiten, wie wir gemeinsam die Gesamtkosten möglicherweise senken können: Gruppengröße erhöhen: Eine Erhöhung der Teilnehmerzahl kann dazu beitragen, die Kosten pro Schüler:in zu verteilen und das Erlebnis für euer Budget erschwinglicher zu machen. Optimierung der Lerngruppen: Etwas größere Lerngruppen könnten eine Option sein, sodass wir mit weniger Trainern auskommen können, ohne die Qualität des Bildungserlebnisses zu beeinträchtigen. Flexible Programmdauer: Eine Anpassung der Reisedauer durch Verkürzen der Tage oder durch ein schulisches Erlebnis vor Ort kann die Gesamtkosten erheblich reduzieren. Externe Finanzierung: Die lokale Agentur für Arbeit oder die Gemeinde unterstützen Familien mit niedrigem Einkommen durch das Bildungs- & Teilhabepaket (BuT) bei Klassenfahrten. Eine Kontaktaufnahme der Schule mit der Arbeitsagentur kann die Kostendeckung unterstützen.
